True Devotion to God

Summary
Jesus teaches us that true devotion to God flows from a heart of worship rather than external righteousness. In Matthew 15:1-20, Jesus confronted the legalistic hypocrisy of the Pharisees and taught them, the crowds, and his disciples about the centrality of the heart in worship. Our devotion and good deeds necessarily flows from the inside out.
